WELCOME TO VONNA NAILS! I’m excited to provide you with quality nail services! Before booking, please take a moment to review my policies to ensure a smooth experience. Please note that I do not charge extra for length or shape, only designs :) BOOKING & PAYMENTS A $15 deposit is required to secure your appointment and will go toward your final balance. Please text appointment details to 667.481.3452 after booking & I will then tell you where to send the deposit. The remaining balance can be paid via Cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay. ARRIVAL & CANCELLATION POLICY A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals. After that, a $10 late fee applies. If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. No-call, no-shows will result in being permanently blocked from future bookings. Same-day rescheduling requires a new deposit. Walk-ins are not accepted – all services are by appointment only. SERVICE RULES No extra guests or children are allowed during your appointment. I do not work over another nail tech’s work. If you have existing acrylic or gel from another artist, it must be removed before your appointment. If you are not booking a soak-off, please come with bare nails. If this is not followed, a soak-off will be the only service provided. I do not work over excessively damaged nails. BOOKING FOR SOMEONE ELSE? If scheduling on behalf of another client, please provide their full name and contact details. If booking multiple appointments, a separate deposit is required for each. HEALTH & SAFETY If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule. I reserve the right to refuse service at my discretion. Failure to follow these policies may result in being unable to book future appointments. ADDITIONAL NOTES TEXT ONLY – unless urgent If booking a same-day appointment, please text first to confirm availability. Add-ons (nail designs, soak-offs, etc.) must be selected at the time of booking—last-minute changes may not be accommodated. If you book a pedicure along with another service, it can not be removed from your appointment on the same day. If you choose to cancel the pedicure at the last minute, you will still be charged the full price due to time and product costs. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
